How long does it take for my order to ship?

Our distribution center ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A standard order for in-stock merchandise typically processes and will be on its way in 2-4 business days. An expedited order placed before 9 PM (PST) during a regular business day will ship next business day.  Orders placed after 9 PM (PST) or on weekends or holidays, will ship within 2 business days.  Please contact us at info@littleunicorn.com if you have any questions about your order.

When will I receive my order?

Transit times in the U.S. can vary depending on your location and the carrier.  Standard orders should arrive in 15-20 business days. Expedited orders will vary depending on the service selected.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

There may be times when a specific item is unavailable.  To receive notification when the item will be back in stock you can submit your email by navigating to the product page using the field provided.

How much does shipping cost?

To provide the best rates, we select from multiple shipping carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, & USPS. Rates will vary with the method and service you select (i.e. Ground, 3-day, 2-day, & Overnight) and will be calculated at checkout.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes! We ship almost anywhere in the world. International shipping costs vary by country and order weight. This amount is calculated at checkout. International sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Many countries have customs, duties & taxes, and/or clearance charges for which you will be responsible. Depending on the location and each country's postal procedures, your order can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
