Who We Are

Little Unicorn is a young, growing company based in Logan, Utah. We manufacture and design innovative products for infant, toddler and parent. We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in January 2018.


About the Job

The Customer Care Associate will help respond to customer questions, resolve concerns and improve the overall brand experience for them. Most of this communication is done over email and phone. This role will also include some office management and organization. Must be located in Logan UT.

 Outgoing and fun personality  

 Good listener

 Personable on the phone

 Detailed and organized  

 Email etiquette and knowledge

 Work well with a team

 Some college education preferred

 Customer Service experience helpful


Pay and Benefits

Competitive pay based on experience

Health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off

20-30 hours weekly with potential for full time position
